Very professional, easy to deal with… My front bumper was damaged on my Audi in a parking lot by a third party so I brought it to Pfaff for repairs. From the beginning Mindy who I dealt with was very professional, very knowledgable, handled dealing with the third party payment easily etc. The bumper looks brand new again, very happy with the quality. The only down side in the experience was the 3 week waiting time to get my car in but it is what it is I guess… other than that 10/10 would recommend
I was rear-ended and took my car to Pfaff Autoworks to be repaired. Sam who oversaw the repair work was amazing as was Richard who dealt with the rental. Everything went smoothly, perfectly and I got my car back so quickly. It felt like I got back a brand new car. It was immaculate on the inside and out. I couldn’t be happier. I would 100 per cent recommend Pfaff Autoworks! Jodi
Do not let them touch your car.
I brought my car here to get it repaired after being rear ended. This being a dealer owned shop, you would think they know what they are doing since they work on high end cars. Over-spray everywhere, doors and trunk misaligned and buffing compound everywhere. Do not bring your car here, they will give it back to you in worse condition than it was before. Customer service and communication are very poor. Avoid this shop if you care about your car.
My car was repaired at Pfaff Autoworks in July 2018. I sold my car immediately after.
Fantastic service and paint job for my 1972 911 ST. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Pfaff and Jeff the general manager. They know their stuff when it comes to classic cars and in particular, old Porsche cars.
I must say this experience was nothing but excellent from start to finish. Mindy was exceptional with her knowledge of the process and dealing with the insurance company and kept me informed along the way.
Rob was more than accommodating with the rental vehicles. Hope I don’t need this service again but if I do I will be using Pfaff
Totally useless. Terrible customer service who lost my estimate the first time, then almost lost it a second time. Then no communication or anyone taking responsibility for 5 months of delays. You have to keep following up to get any …
With no hesitation I would rate my repair experience at the highest level.
My car looks brand new and the attention I received from my customer service representative Mindy Crystal was way beyond my expectations. She provided a detailed explanation as to what work would be performed, the required time needed to complete the work, accurately and professionally answered all my questions, and kept me informed on regular bases through out the entire process. I would recommend Pfaff to anyone needing repair work with full confidence.
Summary:
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Although a few delays, got my car back before I left for a trip (important context for low rating). They proceeded with a repair that I didn’t authorize in writing that left my headlights scratched.
I will be finding another shop for my repair.
Pros:
- Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
- Got my car back a day before I left for a four-week trip, which was verbally agreed upon.
Cons:
- Got my estimate one-business day late after I had to prompt them.
- Lack of communication between customer service reps and the technicians left my headlight completely scratched. Techs are instructed to throw away headlights according to the CSR, so when inspecting my headlight for damage, the tech threw my headlight away assuming work would be done. I, through email, explained that I would not authorize this repair because it would add multiple weeks and I didn’t want to leave my car at Pfaff while I was on vacation — I would do it when I get back. This was agreed upon over the phone and they asked me to put it in email. Not only did the technicians assume I would get the work done for some reason, they tried to charge me $2k-$3k extra for the headlight repairs, which I didn’t authorize, once I picked up my car.
